I have gotten pretty cynical in my old age and I was expecting a bit of a battle when I filed a claim to have a windshield replaced after taking a rock to our 2-day-old vehicle. But, wow! CalTex was responsive and... very helpful through the process. And when they learned that I was a 3-hour drive away from the nearest location that could apply the CalTex coating to the new windshield, they FedEx'd the product for me to apply myself.read more
