Had a rather nasty starburst type of crack, upper center front windshield —2017 BMW 750i. The ‘app’ file claim process is lacking as it sits ‘processing’ for days with no updates. I ended up having to call in to get... things moving. Phone reps were pleasant and helpful and got me in touch with Michael through email.Got the go ahead to have the ‘starburst’ repaired at Safelite Auto. The attempted ‘repair’ was a miserable failure. Cal Tex representative, Michael, was responsive through email, requested a photo it the attempted repair. Once received, he did not hesitate to order a ‘windshield replacement’. I am certainly appreciative of not having to haggle about the repair/replacement. I am a happy camper.read more

Then Cynthia took over the... claim and the experience was great. She approved the claim promptly and responded to emails quickly.
