Meet Our Leadership Team
Rande Hawkinson
President and Chief Operations OfficerRande Hawkinson serves as the President and Chief Operations Officer for CalTex. Rande joined CalTex in 2005 where his leadership role in the company, prior to becoming President, included manufacturing, research and development, IT and Warranty and Customer Services. He has over 30 years of management and manufacturing experience. Prior to joining CalTex, Rande’s experience includes 27 years with Arlon Adhesives and Films in various management positions.
Mr. Hawkinson graduated from Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, California, with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Organizational Leadership. He resides near San Antonio, Texas with his wife and their three children.
Matt Ramsey
Chief Financial OfficerMatt Ramsey serves as the Chief Financial Officer for CalTex. Since joining the company in 2002, he has served with the Finance team as a Senior Accountant, Assistant Controller and Controller. Prior to joining CalTex, Matt was part of the Finance organization with the Magazines Division of The Hearst Corporation in Charlotte, NC.
Mr. Ramsey obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is also a Certified Public Accountant. He resides in San Antonio with his wife and four children.
John Luckett
Executive Vice President of SalesJohn Luckett joined CalTex in June 2020 as the Executive Vice President of Sales. John will be primarily focused on leading and growing CalTex agency business. John has worked in the automotive industry for 35 years, beginning at his family’s Ford Lincoln Mercury dealership. He then worked at CarMax, and later served almost twenty years as VP and Sr. VP for the Warranty Group in several of their distribution channels including Resource Agent Group, First Extended, and Resource Dealer Group. Most recently, John headed up his own agency while also serving as a Managing Director at Portfolio. During his long career in the automotive industry, John has served on many industry advisory boards and has been a regular speaker at industry events and conferences. He has developed a unique expertise in managing F&I Agency relationships.
John and his family reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He and his wife have 4 children.
Naidu Rebolloso
Executive Vice President of Operations and AnalyticsNaidu Rebolloso is responsible for Business Intelligence, IT, Manufacturing, Claims and Customer Service. Naidu joined CalTex in 2015 to lead the company’s Business Intelligence department, most recently serving as Senior Director of Business Intelligence, Inside Sales, and Customer Service.
Naidu has 20 years of experience in operations, business intelligence, strategy development, and global project management, working for Fortune 500 companies such as Dell and Cisco. He is a goal-oriented leader with demonstrated experience in identifying, planning, developing, and implementing cutting-edge strategies to address business opportunities.
Mr. Rebolloso earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from LeTourneau University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce. He and his wife reside in San Antonio and have three children.
Julio Garcia
Executive Vice President of Human Resources/FacilitiesJulio Garcia is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Human Resources, Culture & Communications, and Facilities Management departments. Julio joined CalTex in 2015 and is responsible for overseeing CalTex’s overall human resources strategy.
Julio brings over 20 years of Human Resources experience to CalTex. He has worked for H-E-B Grocers – one of the top ten largest private companies in the US; as well as Petco Animal Supply – the second-largest pet supply company in the country.
Mr. Garcia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Mary’s University and a Master of Administration & Adult Education degree from The University of Incarnate Word. He and his wife reside in San Antonio and have two children.
