Rande Hawkinson serves as the President and Chief Operations Officer for CalTex. Rande joined CalTex in 2005 where his leadership role in the company, prior to becoming President, included manufacturing, research and development, IT and Warranty and Customer Services. He has over 30 years of management and manufacturing experience. Prior to joining CalTex, Rande’s experience includes 27 years with Arlon Adhesives and Films in various management positions.

 Mr. Hawkinson graduated from Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, California, with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Organizational Leadership. He resides near San Antonio, Texas with his wife and their three children.
