After I filed a claim the agent informed me that it had been approved and I selected SafeLite to do the repairs. The agent mentioned that I would be contacted by SafeLite to schedule an appointment. After waiting 3-4... days and not hearing anything I called back and spoke to a lady agent who looked up my claim and turns out it had NOT been finalized. The lady said she would take care of it and within 2-3 hours SafeLite called to set up the appointment.read more
